    How long does it take to assemble once the unit arrives on site?
    Because the interior — flooring, wall panels, ceiling, lighting, and wiring — is pre-finished at the factory, less on-site finish work is required. You position the container office on the foundation, connect your power to the pre-run feed point, and you're operational. DXH Container provides an assembly manual, and our technical team is available by video call to guide installers.

    Can the prefab container office unit be relocated after being installed?
    Of course. You can use a forklift or crane to lift the container office into place at its new location. Many customers take advantage of this flexibility to move their temporary offices from one construction site to the next once their current project is complete.

    Is the modular office container weatherproof? Can it be used in cold or rainy climates?
    All panel joints in our modular container offices are sealed with weatherproof construction. The entire frame of the folding glass doors is fitted with rubber gaskets. For cold climates, we offer upgraded wall solutions featuring rock wool or EPS sandwich panels, double-pane low-emissivity glass, and reinforced roof supports.     Yes. The corner casting system is compatible with standard ISO container stacking hardware, allowing units to be placed two stories high. Multiple units can also be placed side by side and fitted with connecting wall openings to create a larger, multi-room floorplate.
