Hand-made Sandwich Panels

Hand-made sandwich panels are custom multi-layer panels used in cleanrooms and other controlled environments. They are assembled from two facing panels with an insulating core material between them. Construction: The handmade sandwich panel consists of two panels, typically made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, or coated materials, sandwiching a core. Core materials may use rock wool, aluminum honeycomb, polyurethane foam, paper honeycomb, or other cores to meet fire resistance and thermal insulation requirements.

Hand-made Assembly: In manual assembly, a frame or shell (e.g., a galvanized steel frame) is placed first, followed by the manual insertion of the filling core material, before compression and finishing steps.

Dimensions: The hand-made sandwich panel thickness typically ranges from 50 mm to 100 mm. The width can reach approximately 1,200 mm, while the length is customizable based on project requirements.
